About KeyFables
One account, both sides, one shared set of records.
01
Who we are
KeyFables is a Singapore-based company building practical tools for better rental management. Our background is in operations, where accuracy, accountability and clear records matter every day.
KeyFables lets landlords and tenants in Singapore create a lease, sign it, and keep a clear record of what was agreed and what was paid.
02
Where we are today
Built from an operator's perspective. Today, KeyFables helps you:
Digital tenancy agreements
Create and sign agreements online, with every lease version preserved.
Timestamped records
A record of every signature and every payment, with the time it happened.
IRAS stamping deadlines
Track important stamping steps once an agreement is fully signed.
Everything in one place
All relevant records stored together with the agreement.
“A lease is not just a document — it is a record of an agreement between two people.”
03
Why we built it
Most Singapore tenancies run on WhatsApp, screenshots and memory. That works — until it doesn't.
Deposit disputes
Nobody can confirm the condition of the property at move-in.
Unrecorded payments
A tenant believes a payment was made; the landlord has no matching record.
Unstamped agreements
An agreement is signed but never stamped with IRAS — discovered only later.
Create the record first, then build everything else around it.
04
Our approach
- 01Every lease version is preserved.
- 02Every signature is timestamped.
- 03Every payment is recorded.
KeyFables is designed for both sides of the rental relationship — landlords and tenants work from the same record.
05
What we will not do
We will not take sides.
KeyFables serves landlord and tenant equally. The record belongs to both.
We will not add complexity for the sake of features.
Every addition has to make the agreement clearer, not busier.
We will not treat the lease as “done” at signing.
Signing is the start of the tenancy record, not the end of it.
We will not compromise on accuracy.
If it's not in the record, it didn't happen.
