Privacy Policy — Waitlist

This policy covers only the information collected when you join the KeyFables waitlist. It is not the Privacy Policy for the KeyFables platform — that’s a separate document and will be published before the platform itself launches.

What we collect
Your email address, and any optional details you choose to give us on the waitlist form (for example, your name, or whether you’re a landlord or tenant).

Why we collect it
To let you know when early access opens, and to send you occasional updates about KeyFables. We don’t use it for anything else.

Legal basis
You give us this information voluntarily when you join the waitlist. By joining, you consent to us using it for the purpose in Section 3.

Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information and don’t share it with third parties, other than the service we use to send waitlist emails on our behalf, which only processes it to deliver those emails.

How long we keep it
We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist without launching, whichever comes first.

Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — email connect@keyfables.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes
We may update this policy as the waitlist changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
