Terms of Service — Waitlist

These terms apply only to joining the KeyFables waitlist at this website. They do not cover use of the KeyFables platform itself, which will have its own Terms of Service published when the platform launches.

What joining the waitlist means
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access to KeyFables. It is not an account, a subscription, or a contract for any service. You are not charged anything to join, and joining does not obligate you to use KeyFables when it launches.

No guarantee of access
We do not guarantee that you will receive early access, that access will come by any particular date, or that the product will launch in any particular form. We may change, delay, or discontinue the waitlist or the product at any time.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.

Your information
Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address, and optionally other details you choose to provide. We collect this only to run the waitlist and to contact you about KeyFables — see our Waitlist Privacy Notice for what we collect and how we use it.

Communications
By joining, you agree we may email you about KeyFables — including launch updates and early access invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Site content
The text, design and branding on this website belong to KeyFables Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

No warranties
This website and the waitlist are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the waitlist or the site changes. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
